Her appearance was on two episodes of the Showtime series Weeds with Mary Louise Parker. The show was titled Judy Kramer, a Fox series from 2005 and Marcy Bender from Dawson's Run. Her three-year stint playing Marina Cooper, in Guiding Light's soap opera earned her nominations for the Soap Opera Digest Awards 2003 in the Outstanding Newcomer category. Between 2007 and 2008, Dollar starred as Cindy Thomas on the ABC television series Women's Murder Club. Dollar starred as Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show never renewed.
