Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my story. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My life was set out as follows: I'd study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. My goal was to go to university to graduate, then get a corporate job. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. It was 2013 when I found that I hated being in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did inspire me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for a paycheck. While navigating my way through a different career path, I discovered that I was supposed to work as an instructor. I was a fan of exercising, I enjoyed being around people and I enjoy helping others. The business I started in 2014. I am celebrating my 7th anniversary this year. There are very few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. As a coach I would like to change the world by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and more content. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, follow their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. As my career was taking off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datein the death of my mother. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us, but they can be extremely valuable. My mother's sudden death that changed me forever. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance at the next stage of my life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right to go on to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. At the age of 30 I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. My goal in the story I am sharing is to let you know that, you are not alone. I would like you to feel that love is real and that therapy is common. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. You have only one life. I want you to live it to the fullest.
